The production of the Grand Reserve cigars begins with 5 year old Connecticut wrapper fermented an additional 7 months. This is 5 months more than Cuban cigars. The filler and binder are Dominican blend grown from Cuban piloto seed. The final step in the one year manufacturing process is the marry of filler and binder with delicate Connecticut wrapper that has been infused with Louis XIII Cognac.
